Exercise : Treatment for Shallow Fast Breathing

Situation
If you are still struggling to catch your breath, making a few quick adjustments to your posture can help relax your body:
Sit forward: Sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor and lean your chest slightly forward.
Support your arms: Lean forward with your arms supported on a sturdy table just below shoulder height.
Use cool air: Turn on a desk fan and let it blow a gentle stream of cool air at your face. [1]
Sit up: Help the person sit in a comfortable, upright position to ease their lungs.
Roll your shoulders back and down to release tight upper body muscles.
Loosen clothes: Unbutton tight collars, ties, or belts.
Stay calm: Ask them to try slow, steady breaths, inhaling through the nose and gently pursing their lips to exhale
